Dr Ranga Rao Rangaraju graduated (MBBS) from JLN medical College, Ajmer and had a brilliant career with Armed Forces Medical Services for 28 1/2 years. He obtained his post-graduation in Internal Medicine from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune (awarded a gold medal)and had been a teacher medicine dept, AFMC, Pune. As a medical specialist, he served in various establishments including a foreign assignment in Bhutan.

Dr Ranga Rao Rangaraju, VSM graduated (MBBS) from JLN medical college, Ajmer, Rajasthan and soon after the internship joined the Armed Forces Medical Services. He obtained his post graduate degree (MD in internal medicine) from prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune.

Dr Ranga Rao Rangaraju superspeciality training in Medical Oncology was from the esteemed Cancer Institute Chennai, under the able and renowned teachers like Dr V Shanta and Late DR V Krishnamurthy. He participated in a clinical exchange program at MD Anderson Cancer centre, Houston, USA and thereafter has been a visitor at the same the hospital for four weeks.  He has been a visitor at many prestigious hospitals in the world such as Dana Faber Cancer institute, Boston, Royal Marsden Hospital, London, and recently Cancer Centre, Emory University, Atlanta, USA.
